I have been in construction for many years. I became interested in geometry, sacred geometry as a matter of fact. I decided to build a geodesic dome. To me working with the Earth is a sacred honor and what better place to do that then in a geodesic dome. There is a lot of energy in this structure. A great space to spend time in.
 
You know how unpredictable the weather can be, a greenhouse is a great solution.
Start plants from seed and move to garden then plant fall crop,then the winter crop in the dome. Four season growing. With a geodesic dome the rays of the sun are better received, always letting direct sunlight in, very important for warming in cold months. Add a water tank to hold the heat through the night and you're on your way to a longer season.

If you decide to your dome green house way out in the middle of the field and need a ventilation fan or circulator pump because you want fish in your water tank, you will need a source of power. With a wind generator or a solar panel that will meet your needs and with the right setup, you will be able to go year round.
